We are delighted to announce that final approval has been granted for our development project Prive at Riddell St Bellevue Hill. Since the original approval was granted in Jan 2020, a modification application has been lodged with Woollahra Council to improve the efficiency of internal layouts of the apartments. The approval for the modification was granted by Woollahra Local Planning Panel on the 4th Jun 2020, and is now on track to commence construction in late 2020.
Prive is an ultra-high end residential development located near the top of Bellevue Hill. It consists of six three-bedroom apartments, most of which will enjoy unobstructed ocean view. Expected completion early 2022.
