Schofield Gardens is a master planned residential community in the growing area of Sydney’s North West. Benefiting from the largest infrastructure project in NSW for decades – Sydney Metro, the project meets the growing market demand for residential land close to transport and shopping.

The project consists of 133 residential lots spanning across three stages, with the first stage completed in early 2018, and last stage completed in early 2019.
